Terms of Sale

Please ensure that you have read and understood this policy before purchase. Making a payment is taken as an acceptance of these terms.

• We ship on a first come first served basis, orders are shipped out in the order they arrive to us.
• If you make a pre-order or a special order through us and then that order arrives with us, it will only be shipped out once it has finished our quarantine period of 10 days and the fish is deemed fit and healthy. Your order will then be queued to the next available shipping day. We will keep you updated and are happy to send photos/videos of the fish when they arrive so you can see how they are doing.
• If you wish to cancel your order, you must give us at minimum 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery time.
