Delivery
Mainland delivery is £20 through DX up to 15kg and £5 each additional.
This is an overnight service so fish are packed and dispatched the day before. We must know the day before packing ie. Two days before you would like them.
Delivery is Tuesday to Friday before 1pm.
This includes the price of the polystyrene box, heat packs, insulation and bags regardless of size.
You will be given the option at checkout regarding the day of delivery and can also write us a note (which you can also use to tell us what males / females etc you would like)
WE DO NOT SEND FISH IF OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES ARE LOWER THAN AROUND 3 - 4°C
Local delivery where available is within 30-40 minutes of NN12 postcode now we have moved. Please email (inthebagtropicalfish@gmail.com) or message us on Facebook to arrange local delivery prior to checking out.
Nationwide private delivery (recommended for larger specimens) for fuel costs only. This includes transporting the fish in our own vehicle in the safest way appropriate to the species.

PLEASE NOTE, NORMAL DELAYS DO HAPPEN, SUCH AS TRAFFIC AND EXTREMELY BUSY ROUNDS, SO ON RARE OCCASIONS THE FISH MIGHT NOT MAKE IT TO YOU BY 1PM.
